Moulinex YG230 / 231 reviews
- Advantages: Quality, design
- Disadvantages: Not detected
- Disadvantages: Great yogurt making
Makarova Marina
- Pluses: Simple control.
- Disadvantages: The main disadvantage is the temperature regime. Heating to a temperature of 47 degrees.
- Disadvantages: Many people measure the heating temperature, but has anyone wondered how many beneficial bacteria remain in the resulting product? I have been using Moulinex YG230 / 231 for four years, yoghurts, sour cream, fermented baked milk are tastier than store-bought ones, but how useful they are is not clear. The question is, why don't manufacturers write about the temperature regime? The conformity certificates show that the product is electrically safe and electromagnetic compatibility.

- Pluses: Easy to use without unnecessary bells and whistles, good quality for your money
- Disadvantages: Not detected
- Disadvantages: We have been using this yoghurt maker for about 7 years, and it has been working all the time, but the buttons have worn out, sometimes the power button falls, but it works and works very well, we do not make yogurt for 8 hours or even 6, as it is written in the instructions, 4 hours and yoghurt is used for the sourdough, sometimes it is fermented in store, a lot depends on milk, we use milk “Domik v Derevne 3.2%”, due to overheating, nothing like this was observed.

- Advantages: no
- Disadvantages: there is a strong overheating in temperature, bifidocultures die
- Disadvantages: A beautiful but stupid thing, because does not perform the main task. Strong overheating is in progress. We made yogurt 10 times, it turned out only the first, the rest – they heat up above 60 C.

- Advantages: I have been using this yoghurt maker for 4 months now and it consistently turns out to be a very good – homogeneous, tasty product, I prepare not only yogurt, but also a lot of sour milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. This model immediately caught my eye, because there are ready-made jars that can be tightly closed and taken anywhere with you, and the preparation system is automatic – everything is clear and simple. I cook with dry leaven Bakzdrav, I take milk either Prostokvashino or “House in the Village”, only fatter. I'm very happy with the technique!
- Disadvantages: no

- Advantages: Homemade yogurt, sour cream, fermented baked milk
- Disadvantages: unfortunately overheats
- Disadvantages: I have been using the yoghurt maker for more than a year now, I will not write about the benefits of homemade yoghurts, it is important in preparing a healthy drink to observe the temperature regime, many starters cannot be overheated, and the yoghurt maker overheats, you have to adapt and solve this problem with improvised means.

- Disadvantages: Very overheating.
- Disadvantages: The yoghurt maker overheats a lot. The temperature exceeds 55 degrees, which is unacceptable. This is not a yoghurt maker, but a yogurt maker. Even putting cardboard boxes and towels on the bottom does not help. Moreover, under the towel, the bottom of the yogurt maker heats up to such a state that the hand cannot stand it. With prolonged use, it will simply burn out as a result.

- Advantages: In operation for several years. I made yoghurt both on the storefront and on dry starter cultures (lactoferms and evitalia). In both cases, the result is excellent. Now I plan to buy it for my mother, I will buy exactly the same one.
- Disadvantages: I did not find any disadvantages.

- Advantages: I'm happy with everything!
- Disadvantages: I have been using YG230 for 1.5 years. No complaints. For a liter of pasteurized milk I take 100 g of sourdough or a glass of classic yogurt “activia” or “biomax” (I don't use either cream or milk powder) for 8-9 hours. I add sugar or berries before use! delicious!
