The diet is drawn up by a doctor, and this is either three meals a day according to the buffet system, or a restrictive regimen. The choice of a health improvement program occurs only if there is a spa card from the attending physician. Treatment is directed towards anti-stress, weight loss, general strengthening, blood tests and diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system.

In their free time or as prescribed by a doctor, guests can visit the pools, of which there are several in the sanatorium: therapeutic with sea water, indoor swimming, 'winter beach' – several small pools for children and adults. A pleasant bonus is the sauna.

The Malaya Bukhta sanatorium has one of the longest equipped beach – 250 meters, it is located very close to the territory, but to get to it, you have to go down 119 steps of the stairs. For the lazy and unable to walk downhill, there is an elevator. On the beach, doctors and lifeguards are on duty, there is even a massage room and a children's playground with educators and other entertainment, showers, a toilet.

Guests like their stay in Malaya Bukhta, they highly appreciate the value for money, comfort, service, medical center, but not everyone likes food, some complain about inconvenient check-out and check-in times, many additional services are paid.
