Palikha P-750
Rating: 4.9
A very interesting Russian-made pipe. Its plastic body is painted in silver. Most of the top panel is occupied by buttons. To dial the number, those that are gray are used. Above them there are other keys, painted in black – they are used to call various functions and go to one or another entry in the phone book. Also, it is here that the buttons responsible for receiving and canceling a call are located.
This phone differs from cheaper analogs by the ability to record a conversation. Moreover, here it can also be reproduced – the buttons located to the right of the display are responsible for this. And if we are talking about the screen, then it should be noted that it is gorgeous! All information is displayed in orange characters, while the background is completely black. To confirm or cancel, the answer and end buttons are used – it is not for nothing that they display a green check mark and a red cross.
The handset for the conversation is attached using the usual twisted cable. There is no wireless mode of use here, which imposes some restrictions on the phone – this is exactly the option for the office, at home you will want more convenience.
This device includes a multifunctional caller ID. You can also easily record a message, which will then be used as an answering machine. There is also a transcoder for parallel phones with CID. The ability to connect the device to a computer may also come in handy. This may also be necessary to quickly fill the phone book.
It is interesting that this model is quite enough for the electricity that is distributed over analog telephone lines. There is no power supply included, it is simply not needed! Returning to the functions of the device, one cannot fail to note the presence of 'night rest'. Switching to this mode will turn off the sound signal. The aforementioned autoresponder is also not as simple as it might seem. You can link specific messages to a specific number. And this function can also be used to listen to the room where the phone is installed – this is necessary to check whether an unauthorized person has entered the office. In a word, the manufacturer has implemented a kind of remote control.
This is perhaps one of the best corded phones out there today. It has the broadest functionality. His phone book contains 500 numbers. The answering machine allows you to write up to 120 minutes of the interlocutor's speech. The only insult is that for synchronization with a computer you need a Teleport-Palikha adapter, which is sold separately. And it costs – very expensive. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.
Advantages
- Excellent display
- A large number of buttons;
- It is possible to change the timbre of the voice;
- There is a high-quality caller ID;
- Thoughtful answering machine;
- Operation without a power supply is possible;
- Wide functionality;
- The keyboard is backlit;
- Remote control of an answering machine is possible.
disadvantages
- A hard reboot erases all memory contents;
- An expensive Teleport module is required to connect to a PC;
- In some cases, power supply is still required;
- The price tag may seem overpriced.
Panasonic KX-TS2570
Rating: 4.8
The Japanese company Panasonic has long left the smartphone market. But wired phones are still produced by it. Two of these models even made it into our rating, they are so good! In particular, many buyers will definitely be satisfied with the device under the name Panasonic KX-TS2570. This device can be painted either white or black. Please note that the color is different not only for the case, but also for the buttons. By the way, there is not only the usual numeric keypad here. Additionally, the device received many other buttons needed to navigate the menu and call all kinds of functions.
Of course, the device received an automatic caller ID. Also, the software is able to memorize the entered numbers – the last twenty of them can be quickly selected using the direction buttons. I must say that the display here is as simple as possible. Only three lines of characters are displayed on it. However, this does not prevent you from using the phone book, as well as quickly finding out the date and time.
This model provides an answering machine function. Of course, he does not need any cassettes – all messages and answers of the interlocutors are saved in the built-in memory. The caller's voice comes from a speaker located somewhere under the body. This function can of course be turned off. Also, no one bothers to pick up the phone at any time, starting a conversation. By the way, the handset is wired. Therefore, this is not a DECT phone, and therefore its home use seems pointless. It is interesting that an additional headset can be connected to the device – there is a corresponding connector for this.
Has this phone and many other functions that may be useful, say, a secretary. For example, this can be said about auto redial. Or about the Flash programmable button. You can only complain about the lack of a function for changing the timbre of the voice. But it seems to us that the minimum number of buyers needs it, so we did not even begin to add this item to the list of shortcomings.
It's nice that there are buttons not only on the base station, but also on the handset – the volume control is located here. There is also the possibility of changing the volume of the speakerphone, even within a wider range.
Advantages
- There is a port for additional equipment;
- There is a headset jack;
- Not very high cost;
- One-button dialing of three numbers is possible;
- There is a 'Flash' function;
- Separate volume control for loudspeaker in handset and speakerphone;
- There is a digital answering machine;
- Enough functionality of the phone.
disadvantages
- The phone book memory is designed for 50 numbers;
- The maximum is only 15 minutes of voice;
- No PC synchronization;
- The display can quickly fail (obvious defect);
- There is no backlight.
Panasonic KX-TS2365
Rating: 4.7
This representative of our rating differs from the previous one only by some simplifications. Outwardly, it is almost the same wired telephone. It can also be purchased in two colors. The buttons and display of the device also do not have backlighting, which annoys some buyers almost the most. Above the numeric keypad there is a block with additional buttons. The display has received the most serious simplification – it has become one-line. You can forget about any menu, only basic information is displayed on the screen. For example, the caller's number or the current time (the date does not fit here anymore).
For the sake of keeping the cost down, the manufacturer decided to minimize the memory size. And don't even think that memory is one of the cheapest components right now. The development of this wired telephone went back to the mid-2000s, when the situation was completely different. As a result, the Japanese manufacturer was generous with only a tiny amount, thanks to which the phone book contains only 30 numbers. Interestingly, 20 of them can be dialed in a one-button way.
Fortunately, some of the features of this wired phone have not been eliminated. For example, the device received a speed dial. Call restriction is also available here. The separate volume controls in the speakerphone and handset have not gone anywhere either. By the way, the speakerphone works without any complaints, by default the sound is output to it if the person did not want to pick up the phone. If at some point you need to discuss confidential information, then you can turn off the microphone – this is done by pressing just one button. There is also a headset jack – this can be useful if two people will use the phone.
Unfortunately, Panasonic KX-TS2365 cannot boast of anything else interesting. Well, not consider the dialing function without picking up the phone as something remarkable? In Russian retail, they ask for this model in the region of 2500 rubles. For this money, you will receive the simplest device, even devoid of an answering machine. There is no way to connect it to the device – there is simply no expansion port here. In a word, not every office will suit such a wired telephone. At the same time, it is also not suitable for home use – an ordinary person wants to get a DECT model so as not to be tied to a base station with a twisted cord.
Advantages
- Decently implemented one-button set;
- Built-in speakerphone;
- The volume is adjustable both in the handset and in the speakerphone;
- Speed dialing implemented;
- Call forwarding is possible;
- Low cost;
- Headset connection available.
disadvantages
- Small amount of memory;
- No backlight;
- There is no answering machine;
- Display too small.
REBELL Rus 28
Rating: 4.6
This representative of our rating exists in as many as eight color options (the most common are four of them). They sell it for about 3000 rubles. I would like to get a model with a built-in answering machine for this money, but no luck. It is also impossible to connect a separate device of this kind – there is no port for connecting additional equipment. Moreover, there is no headset jack! This means that two people can use the phone only with the help of a speakerphone, when the voice of the interlocutor will be heard by the rest of the people around you.
This corded telephone was not developed yesterday, but not in the mid-2000s either. In this regard, he received an average amount of memory. To be precise, the phone book can hold 100 numbers. And the device also stores the same number of last dialed numbers. In a word, these numbers should definitely suit many buyers.
You can even dial a number here without first picking up the handset. Speaking on the speakerphone does not cause any problems either. At any time, the microphone can be turned off by using the corresponding button. There is also a volume control here. Of course, the volume of the speakerphone and handset changes separately.
Pleasant feelings from using a wired phone also arise due to the display. No, it is symbolic, and only 9 characters are displayed on it at most. However, it must be admitted that all symbols are well read, even if there is no backlighting. But the most important thing is that the display is not defective, it does not break down immediately after the warranty period expires.
The phone must be powered from a 220V network. Also, do not forget to insert a couple of batteries – they provide a backup power function, it is thanks to them that all numbers will be saved in memory even in the event of a power failure.
Interestingly, the domestic manufacturer decided to provide its creation with atypical functionality. In particular, there is a calculator, timer and stopwatch. And if the first can really come in handy, then this cannot be said about the rest of the functions.
REBELL Rus 28 has white and black lists. In the second of them, you should enter the numbers you don't like. For example, those from which spam comes from. The buyer should also be pleased with the autodial function. Well, at the moment when the secretary leaves her workplace, you can activate the night mode when the call stops ringing.
Perhaps the purchase of REBELL Rus 28 is the best way to support a Russian manufacturer. The basic functionality is implemented at its best. One can only regret the lack of an answering machine and some other features. However, they should be found in more expensive wired phones, this model belongs to the budget price segment.
Advantages
- Automatic caller ID works well;
- The phone book is designed for 100 numbers;
- There is a speakerphone;
- Autodial is possible;
- There are white and black lists;
- Some additional functions are available;
- Night mode implemented;
- The cost is not high;
- Remote control of the phone is possible.
disadvantages
- No backlight;
- The display will not suit everyone;
- No answering machine;
- Fast scrolling of numbers on the screen.
Gigaset DA610
Rating: 4.5
Many corded telephones have a display on which one or another information is displayed. The problem is that most of the time it is very inconvenient to look at this screen. That is why the manufacturer Gigaset DA610 decided to endow its creation with a display placed on a special tilted platform. As a result, the screen is positioned at the correct angle to the user seated at the table.
In Russian online stores, Gigaset DA610 is offered for only 2500 rubles. It seems that for that kind of money, you will not get any broad functionality. However, in fact, the device is quite capable of surprising. No, there is no answering machine here. But on the other hand, the phone has a great implementation of mute the microphone – after pressing the corresponding button, the interlocutor will hear the melody specified in the settings, and not the banal silence.
As for the above-mentioned display, it displays the caller's number, date, time and call duration. It also displays data from the phone book for 50 numbers. By the way, 10 numbers can be called using speed dialing, which is good news. The display here is two-line. The phone number is displayed in the largest font, while a slightly smaller font size has auxiliary information located slightly higher.
Incoming calls are accompanied by this or that melody. There are 10 of them in total. Each melody can be adjusted by volume. Of course, you can completely turn off the sound notification – then only the LED will signal about the call. At the same time, especially important contacts who have been assigned a VIP status will still be accompanied by a call.
The corded telephone stores the 50 most recently dialed and received numbers. Any of them can be dialed, or entered into the phone book. There is also the possibility of blocking outgoing calls to some specific numbers.
The Gigaset DA610 includes a solid speakerphone. This means that you can talk with your interlocutor, including through the speakerphone. One cannot but mention the possibility of connecting this device to a private office telephone network. Interestingly, the device can function without additional power. The manufacturer also claims compatibility with hearing aids. The keypad lock function looks unexpected. In an office environment, it may not be needed, but at home this function will definitely come in handy – it will play the role of protection from children.
And what can you complain to the person who purchased this phone? Perhaps, the lack of a volume control for the interlocutor's voice. Someone will be upset by the inability to implement forwarding. But most of all disappointing is the lack of Cyrillic support in the phone book. After that, you immediately understand that the device was not developed by the Russians.
Advantages
- Low cost;
- Powered by telephone line;
- The display is two-line;
- A well-functioning speakerphone;
- Decent amount of memory;
- Implemented one-button dialing of ten numbers;
- Some contacts may be prioritized;
- Keypad lock implemented.
disadvantages
- Setting by code, you can't do it without instructions;
- There is no answering machine;
- There is no volume control of the interlocutor's voice;
- Can't be hung on the wall;
- No backlight;
- Cyrillic is not supported.
Siemens Euroset 5020
Rating: 4.5
Many residents of our country fondly remember Siemens mobile phones. However, not everyone will remember that the German company also produced wired phones. Moreover, she is still busy producing them! For example, you can buy Euroset 5020 without any problems right now by visiting a store selling similar equipment. However, this is far from the most recent model. Therefore, it is possible that you may not find it – at the time of this writing, leftovers from warehouses were on sale.
There is also a tilted block with a display. It is monochrome and two-line. Its size is 14×74 mm. It seems that this is quite enough in order to discern all the useful information. Traditionally, the caller's number is written in the largest font. Above it, there is an auxiliary line, which contains symbols indicating a particular running function.
Unfortunately, we cannot say that this phone offers a lot of possibilities. For example, there is no digital answering machine here. Of course, you cannot connect it as a separate device. But on the other hand, there is a certain amount of memory in which the numbers of the last 50 received calls are stored. And the user can also redial the last five dialed numbers, which is also a good result. As for the phone book, it is designed for 20 numbers. Importantly, each of them can be assigned to a speed dial! In a word, some secretary will definitely like such opportunities!
Otherwise, this wired phone is hardly surprising. It can work in pulse and tone mode. On its bottom there are rubber pads, thanks to which the device does not slip even on a completely smooth table. The phone also has a built-in clock – in moments of calm, it is they that are displayed on the above-mentioned display.
Of course, the manufacturer has not forgotten about the speakerphone. Its volume can be easily adjusted. At any time, the microphone can be turned off in order, for example, to discuss confidential information with the manager. As for the conversation on the handset, it is implemented as simply as possible. Although it should be noted that in this case, volume control is available. By the way, the twisted cable can be disconnected from the tube. This opportunity will be in demand if the wire is damaged, and therefore needed to be replaced.
This wired telephone can display the time of the current call. However, all representatives of our rating must have this function. It should be noted that the device requires 220 V power supply for full functionality. The corresponding AC adapter is supplied in the kit.
Advantages
- The box with the phone contains a Russian-language manual;
- There is a good display tilted towards the user;
- The volume of the speakerphone and the speaker in the handset is adjusted separately;
- The device remembers the last 50 received calls;
- Implemented blocking of long-distance calls.
disadvantages
- Can't be hung on the wall;
- No answering machine;
- Not the most capacious phone book;
- There is no backlight;
- No auto redial and some other useful features.
Panasonic KX-TS2356
Rating: 4.4
Another wired phone from the Japanese company Panasonic in our rating. The model called KX-TS2356 is the most compact one. It can also be considered one of the most simplified. There is no answering machine here. There is no backlight in any form. And the number of keys is kept to a minimum. I am glad that at least there was a place for a full-fledged 16-digit display. It displays a clock most of the time. If someone calls you (or you dialed someone), the phone number is shown on the screen. Also, using the display and special buttons located in the lower right corner, you can familiarize yourself with the contents of the phone book.
Perhaps, it is Panasonic KX-TS2356 that has a perfectly realized phone book! The fact is that it is Russified – you can easily fill in the names of contacts in Cyrillic. The size of this phone book is also encouraging – you can enter 50 numbers into it. Beauty!
As for the incoming call log, it also contains 50 entries. Calling the last saved number takes a matter of seconds. Here you can only talk by phone. Alas, for the sake of size and cost reduction, the manufacturer decided to get rid of the so-called speakerphone. The lack of a speakerphone makes you understand that this is more a home phone than an office option. This is evidenced by the possibility of wall mounting.
Interestingly, the device received a call indicator light. This is good news for those who prefer to turn off the ringer from time to time. By the way, you can not only turn it off, but also adjust the volume (3 levels are available). The device also has a programmable 'Flash' button, which is rare in phones with such a price tag.
Back to memory. It also stores the last 20 dialed numbers. And if you look closely at the body of the device, you can find a special socket. It is a port for additional telephone equipment. And this is already a real surprise! You absolutely do not expect to get such a port when buying a wired telephone for 1500-2000 rubles. However, this connector may be required anywhere in the office. It will not be useful for an ordinary user, and we have already found out that this device is mostly intended for installation at home.
This device has received a dial lock. It can be called protection from children – it is they who usually dial some number by accident, for the sake of interest. The microphone mute function should also please. Although, again, it's not a fact that it will come in handy at least once if the phone will be used at home.
In short, this is a very good wired telephone. But when used at home, the heap of its possibilities seems overwhelming. In the office, on the contrary, it is better to install a more functional apparatus.
Advantages
- There is a port for additional telephone equipment;
- There is a capacious Russian phone book;
- High quality 16-digit LCD display;
- The memory is designed for a large number of incoming and outgoing numbers;
- There is a 'Flash' button;
- Microphone mute possible;
- There is a call indicator;
- Caller ID works without any problems;
- Low cost;
- Dial lock available;
- Wall mounting possible.
disadvantages
- No speakerphone;
- There is no answering machine;
- No backlight;
- There are no speed dial buttons;
- Glides on a flat surface;
- The buttons wear out quickly enough.
Ritmix RT-570
Rating: 4.3
Traditionally, our rating ends with the cheapest devices. For Ritmix RT-570 in Russian stores they ask about 1000-1500 rubles. This alone suggests that there is no need to expect wide functionality. But this is just one of the problems. The other is in appearance. It is completely incomprehensible how the manufacturer liked this design! The device has oversized buttons painted in gray. However, you quickly understand why the keys are so big. The purpose of this phone is hinted at by a red button SOS. Yes, this is a natural grandmother's phone! It is assumed that this phone will be installed in the apartments of elderly people who may unexpectedly need help.
Despite the purpose of the device, in some respects it is not inferior to office counterparts. For example, a good segment display is used here. The numbers on it are clearly visible even though you have to look at the screen from a very sharp angle. The display shows not only the number from which you are called, but also the date and time – they are indicated in the top line.
The device has some memory capacity. For example, you can quickly display the last five dialed numbers. As for incoming calls, their device remembers as many as 38 numbers! Unfortunately, there is no full-fledged telephone book here. Apparently, the manufacturer decided not to bother with the introduction of the text input function. Of course, there is no answering machine here either. Well, you shouldn't even remember about call forwarding and other purely office functions.
Despite the low cost, the Ritmix RT-570 is capable of boasting a speakerphone. Recall that this is the name of a speaker that provides a speakerphone. Please note that the microphone cannot be turned off – there is simply no corresponding button. But the ability to adjust the volume of the interlocutor's voice is present. This is important, especially if an elderly person will actually use a wired telephone!
This machine does not need mains power. However, you will definitely need batteries, without them the display and memory will be inoperative.
Advantages
- Dialing a number without picking up the handset is implemented;
- There is a number protection from accidental deletion;
- There is a button to call the rescue service;
- There is a pretty good display;
- Alarm and clock included;
- The volume of the interlocutor's voice is adjustable;
- The memory contains 38 numbers of incoming calls;
- Very low cost;
- There is a speakerphone;
- Does not require 220 V power supply.
disadvantages
- No answering machine;
- There is no phone book;
- The wire seems too short;
- No backlight;
- There is no option to mute the microphone;
- The functionality cannot be called anything broad.
teXet TX-259
Rating: 4.2
The teXet brand is familiar to us from inexpensive smartphones, e-books and some other devices. Wired telephones are also produced under this trademark. One of them got into our rating. The teXet TX-259 completes it, so you can guess its main advantage: very low cost. They ask for no more than 1000 rubles for this device. In this case, you will get a completely decent device with many useful functions. Even a segment display is present here, even if it is hard to see in the dark! However, in the dark, you can activate its backlight – it's surprising that such a simple option is not available in much more expensive wired phones. Many buyers will definitely appreciate the fact that the screen can accommodate three lines. The largest font is traditionally the phone number. All sorts of service information is given in a smaller font – up to the reading of the built-in thermometer.
However, this wired phone is not a single display. The device has a very nice design. Speaker holes can be found on its case. This fact indicates the presence of a speakerphone here. The device also includes some memory. The phone remembers the last 35 numbers from which they called you. Well, the last 9 of them can be easily dialed automatically. But the phone book is not here. It is felt that the manufacturer has decided to save on this.
What else can this wired phone do to please? Perhaps, a separate button SOS, by pressing which you can call the rescue service. It is not painted in red, but it is for the better – it would spoil the appearance of the device. You can also find a repeat and autodial button on the case. Yes, there is an auto-dial function here, which is not found in many competitors, even with a slightly higher price tag!
As for adjusting the ringtone volume (there are five melodies to choose from), only two levels are available to the user. It is generally impossible to change the volume of the interlocutor's voice, which is sad. But otherwise it would not be a budget wired phone, but real gold!
Advantages
- There is an autodial;
- There is a button SOS;
- Great design;
- Large backlit display;
- There is a thermometer;
- Stable identification of the caller's number;
- There is a speakerphone;
- Very low cost.
disadvantages
- No answering machine;
- Not particularly thoughtful volume control;
- There is no phone book;
- The microphone cannot be muted.
Conclusion
This is a list of the best wired telephones currently available. Note that in recent years, such devices have ceased to be in wide demand, and therefore their manufacturers have begun to seriously save. There is also a ceiling of technologies – the most advanced models have received maximum functionality, users simply do not need more.
