AOC AGON AG322QC4

Rating: 5.0

AOC AGON AG322QC4

In terms of the combination of ergonomics and user reviews, the 31.5-inch monitor AOC AGON AG322QC4 takes the honorable first place. In addition to the standard functions of Flicker-free and FreeSync (second version), it has support for HDR 400, which has a positive effect on color reproduction, especially in the VA matrix. The pixel response time was reduced to 4 ms, but the rest of the display settings received larger control ranges: brightness up to 400 cd / sq. m, and the contrast ratio is 3000: 1.

VGA returned from the inputs to the model and added on a duplicate HDMI and Display Port connectors. The number of USB inputs was reduced to 2, but 2 speakers with a power of 5 watts fit under the case. The monitor draws 47W of power in standard operation, which is quite normal for a model of this size. And the weight can be considered an advantage: thanks to the external location of the power supply, it was only 6.64 kg.

Advantages

  • 2k resolution;
  • powerful built-in stereo system from 2 speakers;
  • an abundance of picture display settings;
  • the presence of duplicate ports for cables;
  • high build quality.

disadvantages

  • not found.

AOC AGON AG352UCG6

Rating: 4.9

AOC AGON AG352UCG6

The 35 '' curved monitor is the perfect choice for immersive gaming. It is based on a WLED backlit MVA matrix, and allows you to adjust the resolution up to 3440×1440 pixels.

Despite the impressive dimensions, the AOC AGON AG352UCG6 does not shine with the breadth of available settings, but even by default it gives the highest picture quality. So, the contrast is adjusted to a ratio of 2500: 1, the brightness – up to 300 cd / sq. m, and the pixel response time is 4 ms. There are 2 USB ports on the monitor connector panel, as well as HDMI and Display Port. 2 speakers with a power of 3.5 W are built under the case. Energy efficiency is not the best feature of the model, since in nominal operating mode it consumes as much as 70 watts of power. Due to the large size of the display, the total weight of the monitor is 11.8 kg excluding the weight of the power supply. However, AGON AG352UCG6 is not a purchase for the sake of high technology, but for getting maximum pleasure from games.

Advantages

  • high display resolution;
  • excellent picture transmission quality;
  • curved screen;
  • ease of image adjustment;
  • ergonomics.

disadvantages

  • very high price;
  • poor performance in a number of parameters (for example, viewing angles, lack of HDR, etc.)

AOC AGON AG241QG

Rating: 4.8

AOC AGON AG241QG

The leading places in the rating went exclusively to the AGON series monitors. In third place is the 23.8-inch model AG241QG with TN display and flicker-free backlighting. Provides 165Hz refresh rate with intelligent variable G-Sync function. Allows you to adjust the brightness up to 350 cd / sq. m and contrast ratio 1000: 1.

All unnecessary and old ones were removed from the connectors for connection: they left only Display Port, HDMI and 4 USB 3.0 Type A and B interfaces. A pair of stereo speakers with a power of 2 W each was added inside the case, and a power supply was built in, due to which the total weight of the monitor was 5.5 kg. The power consumption of the AOC AGON AG241QG was 35 W, which is quite a lot, but meets the Energy Star 6 energy saving standard.

Advantages

  • high frame refresh rate;
  • stable monitor stand and pleasant appearance;
  • 2k resolution (2560×1440 pixels);
  • optimal number of display settings.

disadvantages

  • high price;
  • uneven backlight distribution.

AOC G2590FX

Rating: 4.7

AOC G2590FX

Widescreen 24.5 “TFT TN-matrix gaming monitor with traditional LED backlighting and 146 Hz refresh rate. The beauty of this model lies in the optimal ratio of ergonomics to build quality and price – it has everything you need and at the same time, it does not have everything unnecessary. The performance and display settings are almost completely copied from the AOC G2460PF, with the exception of brightness up to 400 cd / sq. m and dynamic contrast ratio of 50,000,000: 1.

The AOC G2590FX connector panel has lost its reserve with USB and DVI-D interfaces, but has gained duplicated HDMI, Display Port and VGA. Of the advanced features, only FreeSync remains, and color calibration has been removed. Power consumption has not changed and has not moved from the 23 W mark in full compliance with the energy efficiency class.

Advantages

  • outputs 146 Hz frequency;
  • high build quality;
  • Full HD – resolution + advanced image settings

disadvantages

  • ergonomic shortcomings in terms of adjusting the position of the monitor and setting the software.

AOC G2460PF

Rating: 4.6

AOC G2460PF

Another 24-inch monitor with anti-glare display and TFT TN matrix. It comes with the same anti-flicker WLED backlight and 146Hz frame rate. It spends only 1 ms for the pixel response, which is the best result in the rating. But with the viewing angles, not everything is so simple: unlike previous models, the horizontal angle is 170 degrees, and the vertical angle is only 160. The contrast is adjusted in a ratio of 1000: 1, and the brightness is adjusted to 350 cd / sq. m.

The AOC G2460PF connection panel contains USB 2.0 interfaces, as well as the entire set of video inputs, including DVI-D. Also integrated into the monitor are small 2W speakers. There is color calibration and FreeSync function. The power supply is built into the case, and because of this, the total weight of the model was 6.54 kg. It is oversized, styled specifically for gamers and consumes only 23 watts of power from the network.

Advantages

  • the presence of built-in speakers;
  • high energy efficiency;
  • high-quality image transmission;
  • lowest pixel response time.

disadvantages

  • heavy, bulky monitor for its size;
  • not the most optimal viewing angles (according to the passport – in fact, the difference is almost imperceptible).

AOC C24G1

Rating: 4.5

AOC C24G1

24 “curved TFT VA monitor with up to 146 Hz refresh rate. Features WLED backlight with anti-flicker and dimmable. The pixel response time in the matrix does not exceed 4 ms, and the field of view in the vertical and horizontal planes is 178 degrees.

The main changes in the AOC C24G1 relative to the previous model are expressed in an increase in the contrast adjustment field to a ratio of 3000: 1, the presence of the FreeSync function for variable refresh of lines and frames, as well as the possibility of deep color calibration. On the connection panel, in addition to the standard HDMI and VGA, a Display Port appeared and a headphone output remained. Despite the large size and functionality, the monitor power is only 20 W, which indicates a serious study of energy efficiency.

Advantages

  • suppression of flicker and synchronization of the refresh rate;
  • extended base of connection interfaces;
  • curved screen;
  • high energy efficiency.

disadvantages

  • VA matrix limitations – visible transition between color tones due to subpixel sharpness;
  • increased cost.

AOC I2481FXH

Rating: 4.4

AOC I2481FXH

23.8-inch widescreen TFT AH-IPS monitor. Has a WLED backlight with Flicker-free function, which suppresses flicker and does not strain the eyes during prolonged use. The refresh rate in standard mode is 50 Hz, but can be increased to 76 Hz depending on the options of the applications being launched.

The pixel response time in AOC I2481FXH does not exceed 4 ms, the horizontal and vertical viewing angle is 178 degrees, and the brightness at the highest settings reaches 250 cd / sq. m. The nominal power of the monitor during operation is 23 W, and in standby and sleep mode – no more than 0.5 W. The connection panel has interfaces for HDMI (2 pcs.) And VGA, as well as mini Jack 3.5 mm for headphones.

Advantages

  • low power consumption;
  • image transmission quality;
  • low price;
  • interesting stand design.

disadvantages

  • marking the front panel of the monitor (finger stains remain with each attempt to adjust the screen);
  • build quality and power cord.
