By the way, the aspect ratio of 16: 9 only contributes to this – there will be no black bars when watching a video. And even if they were present, the technology AMOLED allows the screen to display perfect blacks – you simply won't see them in the dark.

On the back of the device is a 13-megapixel camera with f / 1.7 aperture. Photo quality is average. It is noticeable that in this regard the device loses to the flagships, but outperforms the budget 'Chinese'. With this camera, you can shoot video – the picture is written in resolution Full HD and with a frequency of 30 frames / s It is a pity that the South Korean manufacturer has not been generous with the optical image stabilizer. However, he needed to save on something. By the way, someone will be glad that Samsung did not save on the front camera. The strangest component of this smartphone is the battery. It seems to have a capacity of 3600 mAh. The manufacturer even claims that this parameter is enough for 59 hours of work in music listening mode. However, in practice, many buyers have barely enough full charge for a day of battery life. The connector used to connect the network adapter is also capable of confusing – this is gradually obsolete micro-USB.

If we talk about wireless modules, then in this regard, the smartphone only pleases. Only ANT +, required by the minimum number of users, was left behind. There is even NFC here, which, it's hard to argue with, is much more useful. Also, the smartphone has support for working in LTE networks. High-speed data transmission is also carried out via Wi-Fi 802.11ac – you just need to stock up on the appropriate router. The work of all this stuff is provided by an eight-core processor. Its clock frequency does not exceed 1600 MHz, so in games you will have to reduce the level of graphics, albeit not too much. It remains to be regretted that there is no optical image stabilization here. Video with this camera is recorded in resolution Full HD, the frequency will be equal to 30 frames per second. It seems that this will be enough for most buyers of a mid-budget device. Such people should be happy with the front camera. It consists of only one lens, but underneath is a 16-megapixel matrix.

A modern smartphone is tailored for its use in various wireless networks. In this regard, the Samsung Galaxy C8 shows itself from the good side. Again, good, not ideal. If there are no special complaints about the LTE module, then Wi-Fi could please with support for the 802.11ac standard. However, this is less than the cost of the devices included in the Galaxy A series. What simplifications did the device get? First of all, the display attracts attention. It is made using energy efficient technology AMOLED, but the resolution is reduced to 720×1480 pixels. With a 6-inch diagonal, this is very small. Especially for that value. It also simplifies the Wi-Fi module, which maximally recognizes 802.11n networks. But this is quite possible to put up with.
